我厂建于1970年。由于设备陈旧,缺乏管理经验,所以产量低,质量差,成本高。1972～1979年累计亏损达67.8万元。党的十一届三中全会以后,我们大胆改革,积极推行了经济责任制,使企业得到迅速发展,经济效益显著提高。从1980年起,产量、产值、利润逐年递增。1985年完成产量3.8万吨,产值239万元,利润61.3万元,比1984年增长33～35%。1980年以来,出厂水泥合格率和富裕强度合格率一直保持100%,连续四年获全省水泥质量评比第一名。1984年雁塔牌425号普通水泥被评为国家建材局优质产品。 Our factory was built in 1970.
