目的　通过对珠海市部分社区门诊部及个体诊所使用中的消毒液污染调查研究 ,了解消毒液被污染的现状 ,分析引起消毒液污染的原因 ,引起有关责任人的重视。方法　用滴加法对采集到的消毒液进行微生物培养 ,聚苯烯酰胺凝胶粒浓缩ELISA法进行乙肝表面抗原 (HBsAg)测定。结果　细菌总数超标率 1 4 .81 % ,致病性微生物检出率 3.1 7% ,乙肝表面抗原污染率 5.82 %。结论　使用中的消毒液污染情况比较严重。只有使用高效、稳定的消毒剂 ,按规定定时更换消毒液和清洁盛装消毒液的容器 ,加强对社区门诊部和个体诊所医护人员消毒知识与技术的培训以及行政主管部门定期实施监督监测 ,才能避免消毒液被污染。 Objective To investigate the contamination of disinfectant used in outpatient clinics and individual clinics in Zhuhai City, to understand the current status of disinfectant contamination, and to analyze the causes of the contamination of the disinfectant, which caused the attention of responsible persons. Methods The collected disinfectant was cultured by the method of dropping, and polyacrylamide gel particle concentration ELISA method was used to measure hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg). Results The over-standard rate of bacterial count was 14.81%, the pathogenic microorganism detection rate was 3.1%, and the hepatitis B surface antigen contamination rate was 5.82%. Conclusion The contamination of disinfectants in use is serious. Only by using highly efficient and stable disinfectants, replacing regularly disinfecting fluids and containers containing disinfecting fluids according to regulations, and strengthening the training of the knowledge and techniques for the disinfection of medical staff of community clinics and individual clinics, and the supervision and monitoring of the competent administrative departments on a regular basis, can they be avoided.
