基于齿轮齿廓的渐开线方程利用Pro/E建立支架搬运车轮边减速器的行星轮系三维模型,并导入到LS-DYNA中,根据行星轮系的结构和载荷特点,确定了有限元模型的载荷工况,并对齿轮啮合动态接触过程进行模拟分析,得到了不同齿轮啮合过程中的接触应力变化情况,为轮边减速器结构设计和改进提供了依据。
Based on the involute equation of gear profile, a three-dimensional model of the planetary gear train with the wheel support gear reducer was built by Pro / E and imported into LS-DYNA. According to the structure and load characteristics of the planetary gear train, the finite element model , And the dynamic contact process of gear meshing was simulated and analyzed. The change of contact stress in different gear meshing process was obtained, which provided the basis for the design and improvement of the wheel reducer structure.
