高职院校课堂环境管理是高职院校教学质量提升的核心环节。当前高职院校课堂环境管理面临着物质化、静态化、封闭化、无序化、冷漠化等问题,严重困扰着高职院校课堂教学质量的提升。因此,高职院校课堂环境管理要实现系统性的变革,推进高职院校课堂环境的人本管理、权变管理、系统管理、制度管理、协商管理,打造物质与生命共生、静态与动态相宜、封闭与开放兼容、无序与有序并存、民主与和谐统一的高职课堂环境。
The management of classroom environment in higher vocational colleges is the core link in the improvement of teaching quality in higher vocational colleges. The current classroom environment management in higher vocational colleges is facing the problems of materialization, staticization, closure, disorder and indifference, which seriously hampers the improvement of classroom teaching quality in higher vocational colleges.
