阻尼系数是定向井有杆抽油系统仿真和优化过程中的重要参数,直接地影响仿真和优化结果的准确性。传统的确定阻尼系数的方法不适用于定向井,本文提出利用特征空间进行相似性度量的识别的方法来准确得到定向井有杆抽油系统的阻尼系数。该方法是将功图曲线的参数方程展成傅立叶级数,利用改进后的链码将实际测地面功图和仿真地面功图链码化,建立链码和傅立叶描绘子之间的关系,由链码计算出各阶傅立叶描绘子。然后由傅立叶描绘子计算出边界曲线的形状特征。建立度量实测功图和仿真功图曲线相似程度的欧氏距离。欧氏距离最小的功图对应的阻尼系数即为相应油井的系统阻尼系数。辨识结果表明本文所研究的方法是正确和有效的。
Damping coefficient is an important parameter in the process of simulation and optimization of rod pumping system of directional well, which directly affects the accuracy of simulation and optimization results. The traditional method of determining the damping coefficient is not suitable for directional wells. In this paper, the method of identifying the similarity measure by using the feature space is proposed to accurately obtain the damping coefficient of the rod pumping system. The method is to develop the parametric equation of the work curve into the Fourier series. The improved ground code is used to code the actual ground-based work map and the simulated ground work diagram, and the relationship between the chain code and the Fourier descriptor is established. Chain code to calculate the Fourier Fourier representation of each order. Then, by Fourier plotter, the shape of the boundary curve is calculated. Establish the Euclidean distance between the measured real power and the simulated power curve. The damping coefficient corresponding to the smallest Euclidean distance diagram is the system damping coefficient of the corresponding well. The identification results show that the method studied in this paper is correct and effective.
