目的探讨在基层医院手术室实施相对专业化固定管理模式对手术室整体医疗质量的影响。方法将手术室医疗人员按手术专科分组,实行人力资源结构重组,同时将手术室、手术仪器等实行相对专业化固定,满足专业化手术配合。结果在相同的医疗人员不变的情况下,手术台次手术质量和医务人员的劳动强度上面均有明显的改善,同时提高了患者的满意度。结论将专业化固定管理模式应用到基层医院手术室能有效促进手术室的整体工作积极性,同时还明显提高了手术室护士的业务素质包括手术室的整体护理质量。
Objective To explore the impact of the implementation of a relatively specialized fixed management model in the operating room of primary hospitals on the overall quality of the operating room. Methods The operating room medical staff were grouped according to the surgical specialty and the human resource structure was restructured. At the same time, the operating room and surgical instruments were relatively professionally fixed to meet the specialized surgical cooperation. The results of the same medical staff in the same circumstances, the operation of the quality of surgery and medical staff labor intensity above all significant improvements, while improving patient satisfaction. Conclusion The application of the specialized fixed management model to the operating room of the primary hospital can effectively promote the overall enthusiasm of the operating room and at the same time significantly improve the operational quality of the operating room nurses including the overall quality of care in the operating room.
