我们对久居高原返回平原、平原、高原中、老年人进行了超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的对比研究。结果发现:返回平原中、老年人RBC-SOD含量1 395±130u/gHb,比高原中、老年人RBC-SOD含量高1298±1.58u/gHb,但仍低于平原世居中、老年人1 485±127u/gHb(p<0.01)。提示返回平原后中、老年人RBC-SOD回升。本文从自由基、SOD的水平探讨了久居高原返回平原后衰老进程及“脱适应”的能力。
We conducted a comparative study of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the returned plateaus, plains, plateaus and the elderly in the area. The results showed that the content of RBC-SOD in the middle-aged and elderly returned to the plain was 1 395 ± 130u / gHb, which was 1298 ± 1.58u / gHb higher than that of the middle-aged and high-aged people but still lower than that of the middle aged and elderly ± 127 u / gHb (p <0.01). Prompted to return to plain, the elderly RBC-SOD recovery. In this paper, from the level of free radicals and SOD, we discussed the aging process and the ability of “de-adaptation” after returning to plain in the long-term.
