目的为了解合肥市健康学生脑膜炎奈瑟菌(Nm)带菌和血清抗体水平,及时对流行性脑脊髓膜炎(流脑)疫情进行预警和预测。方法按照整群分层随机抽样的原则,在4个区选择幼儿园、小学、初中、高中学校各1所,每个单位按年龄分层随机抽取30人为调查对象,采样调查带菌情况和血清抗体水平。结果共采样调查488人,总带菌率7.3%,其中A群0.4%,B群4.5%,C群1.8%,X、Y、K群各占0.2%。调查显示带菌率随年龄的增长有增加趋势。对其中367人采集血标本367份,A群抗体阳性率为77.4%,几何平均滴度(GMT)1∶183;C群76.3%,GMT1∶196。有脑膜炎球菌多糖疫苗(MPV)免疫史的血清抗体水平显著高于无免疫史的学生。结论健康学生Nm带菌以B群和C群为主,带菌率随年龄的增长有增加趋势。MPV免疫后,血清抗体水平明显上升,但合肥市健康学生总体血清抗体阳性率仍未达到理想的水平。应进一步推广A+C群MPV的接种。
Objective To understand the infectious status of Neisseria meningitides (Nm) and serum antibody in healthy students in Hefei City and to timely forecast and forecast the epidemic meningitis (meningococcal meningitis). Methods According to the principle of stratified cluster random sampling, 1 kindergarten, primary school, junior high school and high school were selected in 4 districts, and each unit was randomly selected from 30 stratified by age as the investigation object. . Surveys show that the carrier rate increases with age. Serum antibody levels with a history of meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine (MPV) immunization were significantly higher than those with no history of immunization. Conclusion The healthy students mainly belonged to B group and C group, and the carrier rate increased with the increase of age. After immunization with MPV, serum antibody levels increased significantly, but the overall positive rate of serum antibody in healthy students in Hefei did not reach the ideal level. Should be further promotion of A + C group MPV vaccination.
