本文研究大鼠延髓与脊髓背侧索内纤维的定位。共用大鼠33只,其中16只做中枢运动皮质(4区)内HRP(Sigma Ⅵ)注射及17只做周围神经CB-HRP注射。所得结果,除确认皮质脊髓背侧束,薄束及楔束在脊髓背侧索的纤维配布外,并对延髓内锥体束交叉以后进入延髓的背侧索位置予以补充确定。此外还对楔外核与楔束及楔束核的密切关系进行了观察。作者还对在进化过程中皮质脊髓束从背侧索向外侧索移位的动向作了推测。
In this paper, the medullary fibers of the medulla oblongata and spinal dorsal spinal cord were located. Totally 33 rats were used, of which 16 were injected with HRP (Sigma Ⅵ) in central motor cortex (region 4) and 17 were injected with CB-HRP in peripheral nerve. The results obtained, in addition to confirm the corticospinal spinal dorsal beam, thin beam and wedge beam in the spinal cord dorsal cable fiber distribution, and the medullary cone beam cross into the medulla dorsalis cord position to be complemented to determine. In addition, the close relationship between the outer wedge and the wedge and wedge nucleus was also observed. The authors also speculate on the movement of the corticospinal tract from the dorsal to the lateral cords during evolution.
