目的 :研究香菇多糖 (L NT)对荷瘤小鼠肝组织中干扰素 (IFN)和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)基因 (m RNA )转录的影响。方法 :生长正常的 C57BL /6小鼠 ,左腋皮下接种 S1 80 细胞 ,接种 4 8h后 ,分荷瘤组、荷瘤加低 L NT组(浓度为 5 mg/kg)、荷瘤加高 L NT组 (浓度为 30 m g/kg)及对照组 ,每组 4只 ,连续给药 6 d后 ,进行断颈处死 ,剖取瘤体称重记录和提取鼠肝组织总 m RNA斑点杂交。结果 :L NT对 S1 80 肉瘤的生长有较明显的抑制作用 ,而 5 m g/kg和 30 m g/kg两种剂量的 L NT均能提高 IFN和 SOD m RNA的表达量 ,且前者作用稍强于后者 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :L NT能提高荷瘤小鼠肝组织 IFN和 SOD的 m RNA表达
Objective: To study the effects of lentinan (LNT) on the transcription of interferon (IFN) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) genes (m RNA) in tumor-bearing mice. METHODS: Normal C57BL/6 mice were grown. S1 80 cells were inoculated subcutaneously into the left eyelid and inoculated 48 hours later. The tumors were divided into tumor-bearing group, tumor-bearing plus L-NT group (5 mg/kg) and tumor-bearing tumor height L. NT group (concentration 30 mg/kg) and control group, 4 in each group. After continuous administration for 6 days, the rats were killed by cervical dislocation, and the tumors were weighed and recorded and extracted. RESULTS: LNT significantly inhibited the growth of S180 sarcoma, while LNT at 5 mg/kg and 30 mg/kg both increased the expression of IFN and SOD m RNA, and the former was slightly more effective. The latter (P <0. 0 5). Conclusion :LNT can increase the expression of IFN and SOD mRNA in liver of tumor-bearing mice
