One of the biggest challenges when it comes to the research and design of a diesel piston adjustable initial pressure injection pump is to choose the initial pressure in the high-pressure tubing that produces the lowest specific fuel consumption in any operating condition. Fluid dynamics calculations that account for the injection parameters of the initial pressure changes in the high-pressure tubing indicate that the rise leads to changes in the fuel supply parameters that affect the economics of the engine operating process (maximum injection pressure and average injection pressure, fuel injection duration, Fuel injection advance angle and the law of supply). Since the process of forming a mixture and the combustion process depend on a number of factors, calculating the value that does not ensure optimum engine economy under any operating conditions, the values are to be determined experimentally.
