通过分析弹体侵彻模型及弹载火工品应力波加载机理,揭示了弹载火工品应力波加载的加载状态,并运用LS-DYNA有限元软件对特定侵彻过载环境进行了仿真计算。研究结果表明:弹体过载结果与Forrestal经典试验模型吻合较好;弹体与火工品的过载规律趋于相近,可以通过弹体的过载情况来预测弹载火工品的过载情况。此项研究可为侵彻过载中弹载火工品抗高过载能力评价提供参考。
By analyzing the projectile penetration model and loading mechanism of the stress wave, the loading states of the stress wave of the loaded projectile are revealed and the simulation of the specific overloading environment is carried out by using LS-DYNA finite element software . The results show that the result of projectile overloading is in good agreement with Forrestal’s classical test model. The law of overloading of projectile and projectile tends to be similar, and the overload condition of projectile can be predicted by the overloading condition of projectile. This study can provide a reference for the evaluation of anti-high overload capability of missile-laden explosive in penetration overload.
