小学是学生接受教育的重要起步阶段,亦是其人格和品质素质生成的重要时期。此时,教师个人的素养、意志品质都是会被学生高频率模仿的对象,所以教师要格外注重个人素养的培养,考虑到其对小学生成长可能会产生的影响。鉴于此,本文以“小学数学的教学素养”为主要研究对象,分别从三个角度对其展开论述,望笔者的研究能对当前从事此方面教学的工作者产生一定的借鉴和启示。
Primary school is an important starting point for students to receive education and an important period for the generation of their personality and quality. At this point, teachers ’personal accomplishments and wills’ qualities are the objects to be imitated by the students with high frequency. Therefore, teachers should pay special attention to the cultivation of personal accomplishments, taking into account their possible impact on the growth of pupils. In view of this, this dissertation mainly focuses on the teaching quality of elementary mathematics, and discusses it from three angles respectively. It is hoped that the author’s research can make some reference and enlightenment to the current teaching staff in this field.
