优秀运动员的文化教育存在着不少问题 ,特别是运动训练、比赛与文化学习在时间、学习的人数安排上是个变数。一改传统教学模式 ,采取学分制和平均学分绩点更能实现人才培养多元化 ,体现以学生为主体的教育思想 ,建立灵活的教学机制。建立学分制必须转变教育观念 ,深化课程改革 ,探索新的管理模式 ,不断提高教师队伍的素质
There are many problems in the cultural education of elite athletes. In particular, sports training, competitions and cultural studies are a variable in terms of time and number of people studying.
