预应力混凝土长桩六点吊运新工艺 该吊运新工艺是在四点吊运方法的基础上研究确定的,适用于40m以上预应力混凝土长桩,计算方法具有一定独创性,成果属国内先进水平,已在珠海市高栏港起步工程吊运40~52m长桩中得到成功地应用,桩在吊运中十分平稳,未发现明显挠度,最大吊运弯矩比四点吊运小17%,为该工程在桩的制作上节约预应力钢筋60余吨,折价约24万元。
New Technology of Six-point Lifting for Long Prestressed Concrete Piles The new lifting technology is researched and confirmed on the basis of the four-point lifting method and is applicable to prestressed concrete long piles with a length of 40m or more. The calculation method has some originality and the results are in China The advanced level has been successfully applied in the 40 ~ 52m long pile hoisting in Gaolan Port of Zhuhai City. The pile is very smooth during hoisting and no obvious deflection is found. The maximum hoisting moment is smaller than the four-point hoisting 17 %, For the project in the production of piles to save more than 60 tons of prestressed steel, a discount of about 240,000 yuan.
