将无障碍概念引入到医院医疗服务中,深化“以病人为中心”理念,在减少和消除通行、沟通、心理、行为、管理、观念等6个方面障碍的过程中,融入人文关怀,体现以人为本,实现全员、全程参与,让医患双方携手努力,共同克服疾病这个人类健康的最大障碍,并在此基础上克服和减少其他各种障碍,使医疗服务达到“流畅、规范、和谐”,不断满足人民群众日益增长的健康需求,进而使病人满意、职工满意,增进社会和谐。
