为研究退火气氛露点对DP590热镀锌行为的影响,采用SEM,XPS分析了不同露点下DP590表面氧化物的形貌和类型以及不同露点下镀层横截面形貌和界面层形貌。结果表明,露点变化会影响DP590表面氧化物形貌,表面氧化物形貌随着露点在-10℃到-50℃变化,表面氧化物密度先升高再降低;露点变化不会影响DP590表面上Cr和Mn等氧化物的类型但是会影响Si的氧化物类型,随着露点变化Si的氧化物类型发生了改变;露点变化对氧化物的影响,后续会影响Fe、Zn之间的扩散,进而镀层横截面和界面层的组织结构,随露点从-10℃到-50℃变化,Fe、Zn扩散先加快后减慢,铁锌相先增多后减少。
In order to study the influence of dew point of annealing atmosphere on the hot dip galvanizing of DP590, the morphologies and types of oxide on the surface of DP590 at different dew points and the morphology of cross-section and interfacial layer under different dew point were analyzed by SEM and XPS. The results show that the dew point changes the surface oxide morphology of DP590. The surface oxide morphology changes with the dew point from -10 ℃ to -50 ℃, the surface oxide density first increases and then decreases; the dew point change does not affect the surface of DP590 Cr and Mn, but the type of oxide will affect the type of Si oxide, as the dew point changes the type of Si oxide has changed; dew point change on the oxide, the subsequent will affect the diffusion between Fe and Zn, and thus The microstructure of the coating cross-section and interfacial layer changes with the dew point from -10 ℃ to -50 ℃. The diffusion of Fe and Zn first accelerates and then slows down, while the Fe-Zn phase first increases and then decreases.
