生物立体测量术结合计算机技术可精确定量分析面部各器官的三维立体位置关系和各类口腔颌面部畸形的面型特征。本研究对口腔颌面部立体摄影测量的建立、测量分析和临床应用作了较详细的论述,并作了精度分析。本研究的立体测量系统用于口腔颌面部测量属非接触性,不仅可为颜面畸形的定量诊断提供三维数据,而且对正畸治疗和颌骨手术后颜面部的三维变化、疗效预测及生长发育的研究均具有十分重要的价值。
Biometrics combined with computer technology can accurately and quantitatively analyze the facial three-dimensional positional relationship of various organs and facial features of various types of oral and maxillofacial deformities. In this study, the establishment, measurement and clinical application of oral and maxillofacial photogrammetry were discussed in detail, and the precision analysis was made. The three-dimensional measurement system used in this study is a non-contact oral and maxillofacial measurement, which can not only provide three-dimensional data for the quantitative diagnosis of facial deformity, but also predict the three-dimensional changes of facial area, therapeutic effect and growth after orthodontic treatment and jaw surgery Developmental research is of great value.
