根据黄河下游河道冲淤特性 ,从减淤角度出发 ,分析了小浪底水库初期运用的上限及下限调控流量。对得出的调控流量从下游河道河势及工程险情、下游河道的减淤效果、水库的淤积发展及综合效益 4个方面作了进一步的论证。经综合比选 ,水库拦沙初期 ,调控下限流量采用 80 0m3 /s ,调控上限流量采用 2 60 0m3 /s。以后随着下游河道冲刷的发展、河势的调整及整治工程的建设 ,在条件适宜时 ,调控上限流量可采用 3 70 0m3 /s ,以适当提高下游河道的减淤效益。
According to the scouring and silting characteristics of the lower reaches of the Yellow River, from the point of view of sedimentation reduction, the upper limit and the lower limit of the initial flow rate of Xiaolangdi Reservoir are analyzed. The control flow obtained from the downstream river and danger of the project, the downstream river sedimentation effect, reservoir deposition and development of the comprehensive benefits and further made four demonstrations. After comprehensive comparison and selection, the initial flow rate of reservoir sediment was controlled at 80 0 m3 / s and the upper limit of flow regulation was 2 60 0 m3 / s. Later, with the development of the downstream river scouring, the adjustment of the river regime and the construction of the remediation project, when the conditions are suitable, the upper limit flow rate can be adjusted to 3 70 0 m3 / s, so as to appropriately enhance the benefit of the downstream riverway dredging.
