在全球化、市场化经济发展形势之下,中国传统的自给自足经济模式显然无法适应当今世界经济的发展动向,自身经济也很难进一步壮大。为了跟上新时期的发展脚步,企业之间的兼并重组以及企业本身的体制转变也成为改革的重点。制度和人员的改革变换可谓是大刀阔斧,大步向前,但是企业的党建工作往往滞后于企业的经济制度改革速度。传统的国企、央企在市场经济环境下,国家调节作用日益削弱,在企业中党建工作与提高企业经济效益相比显然处于非重要位置,企业的党建工作越来越有被边缘化的趋势。而新时期,党和国家对社会主义市场经济的发展方向依然具有决定力量,企业跟着党的路线、方针、政策走,才能真正服务于国家,有利于人民群众。
Under the circumstance of globalization and market economy, China’s traditional self-sufficiency economic model is apparently unable to adapt to the current economic developments in the world and its own economy is hardly able to further develop. In order to keep up with the pace of development in the new era, mergers and acquisitions among enterprises and the institutional transformation of enterprises themselves have also become the focus of reform. System and personnel reform can be described as a radical change, striding forward, but the party’s construction work often lags behind the speed of economic reform. Under the market economy environment, the traditional state-owned enterprises and state-owned enterprises have been increasingly weakened by the regulatory role of the state. It is clear that the party-building work in enterprises is not at an important position compared with the economic benefits of enterprises and the party-building work in enterprises tends to be more and more marginalized. In the new era, the Party and the state still have the decisive force in the direction of the development of the socialist market economy. Only by following the party’s line, principles and policies, can enterprises truly serve the country and benefit the people.
