进入21世纪以来,中国农业科技成果快速增加,2013年较2000年增加了935.12%,影响着中国农业的科学生产水平,而农业生产者对先进技术的接受和应用程度也是决定农业科学生产水平的决定性因素之一。在对河南342户农作物种植户的调查中发现,被调查农户普遍认同科学生产和农技培训,对田间管理和农机技术需求旺盛,但是对某些常规技术的认识水平不高。提出应构建政府与市场互补的农技推广格局,制定和完善农业技术应用补贴政策,大力培育和发展专业化技术服务组织,实施基于产业发展的农业技术培训计划,推进农业技术的轻简化、物化和人性化改造,以进一步提升中国农业的科学生产水平。
