熟知各月龄阶段婴幼儿的发展特征是我们每一位早教工作者在执行亲子课程前必须完成的课前准备,这样才能有效保证亲子课程的活动内容与环节符合宝宝现阶段发展的需要,并是他们所喜爱的。亲子活动中教师、家长和孩子共同相处,遇到具体问题,教师要及时给予帮助。亲子活动中要将家长作为主体,他们既是活动的承载者又是活动的传递者,要调动他们参与的积极性,使他们获得正确的育儿观念和育儿方法,并将观念和方法融入与孩子相处的每一刻,并最终实现孩子健康和谐发展。 Familiarity with the developmental characteristics of infants and toddlers in every age group is the pre-lesson preparation that each of our early-educators must complete before executing parent-child lessons so as to effectively ensure that the contents and links of the parent-child curriculum meet the needs of the baby’s development at this stage Is their favorite.
