企业创新对于企业的发展的重要性已被广泛认知。国内外一些优秀企业致力于自主创新,在激烈的竞争中发展和壮大。他们的成功经验值得研究和学习。韩国三星集团就是一个例子。三星的成功主要在于企业的创新,而其独有的企业文化是企业成功创新的关键之一。现有的研究大多着眼于三星企业发展模式和营销战略,对三星企业文化的形成和演变的研究并不多见,且实证研究不足。笔者通过对三星集团的20多名中层及基层管理者的访谈及问卷调查,对三星企业的企业文化进行深层次的解读。冀望通过讨论创新文化对于企业创新的影响,增强对企业创新的了解。
The importance of business innovation for the development of enterprises has been widely recognized. Some outstanding enterprises at home and abroad are committed to independent innovation and develop and grow in the fierce competition. Their successful experience is worth studying and learning. South Korea’s Samsung Group is an example. Samsung’s success lies mainly in the enterprise’s innovation, and its unique corporate culture is one of the keys to successful business innovation. Most of existing researches focus on the development mode and marketing strategy of Samsung Enterprise. The research on the formation and evolution of Samsung Enterprise Culture is rare, and the empirical research is not enough. Through interviewing and questionnaire surveys of more than 20 middle-level and grassroots managers of Samsung Group, the author carries out a deep interpretation of the corporate culture of Samsung Enterprises. Hope that by discussing the impact of innovative culture on business innovation and enhance the understanding of business innovation.
