Ms. Zhang refused to pay the management fee for six months because she was dissatisfied with the property services of the property company. Property companies suspended her water after several unsuccessful reminders. After a few days, she suspended the electricity. Ms. Zhang then filed a lawsuit to the court requiring the property company to stop the infringement and compensate for the corresponding loss.
