经过艰难的谈判历程 ,中国政府终于在 2 0 0 1年底加入WTO。政治学对政府职能定位、政府与市场关系的关注也已悄然转向规制分析领域。为了提高政府绩效、提升公共利益、制定完善的公共政策 ,放松规制和重建规制的论题已成为学术界、政府职能部门研究的热点之一。本期安排几篇有关政府规制问题研究的论文 ,旨在引发学术界对这一问题进行深入探讨。
After a difficult negotiation process, the Chinese government finally joined the WTO by the end of 2001. Politics has also shifted its focus on government functions and the relationship between the government and the market to regulatory analysis. In order to improve the performance of the government, improve the public interest, the formulation of a sound public policy, relaxation of the regulatory and reconstruction of the issue has become the academic, government departments one of the hot spots. This issue arranges a few papers on the study of government regulation issues, designed to trigger the academic community to conduct an in-depth discussion on this issue.
