江苏石油流程优化管理注重与实际工作高度融合,避免了“写”和“做”的脱节。石油企业要想在国内、国际市场上站稳脚步,逐步扩大国内外市场占有率,就必须扎扎实实从管理上下功夫。近年来,中国石化江苏石油在流程优化方面进行了多次探索,2013年正式启动这项管理工作,并成为中国石化销售板块流程优化的试点单位。江苏石油的流程优化高度注重与实际工作的融合,同时确保流程落地。那么,江苏石油流程优化是如何开展的?取得了哪些成效?未来又将如何做得更好?针对这些问题,本刊记者专访了中国石化江苏石油分公司副总经理张有根。
Optimization of petroleum process in Jiangsu focus on the actual work with a high degree of integration, to avoid “write ” and “do ” out of line. If oil companies want to gain a firm foothold in the domestic and international markets and gradually expand their market share at home and abroad, they must work hard in a down-to-earth manner. In recent years, SINOPEC Jiangsu Petroleum has conducted many explorations on process optimization. The management was officially launched in 2013 and has become a pilot unit for the optimization of the sales process of Sinopec Corp.. Jiangsu Petroleum’s process optimization is highly focused on the integration with the actual work, while ensuring that the process landed. So, Jiangsu oil process optimization is carried out? What has been achieved? How to do better in the future? To address these issues, the reporter interviewed Zhang Yougen, deputy general manager of Jiangsu Petroleum Branch of Sinopec.
