油田企业要持续创新经营管理,要向更先进、更现代化的方向奋力前行。中国石油、中国石化等大型国有油田企业,体系相当庞大,专业部门比较齐全,如何结合我国油田企业的实际情况,加强经营管理对其是至关重要的。笔者给合自己在油田企业的工作经验,以及工作中的所见所闻,对油田企业的现状与存在的问题进行分析,并提出一些相应的对策,试图使油田企业实践更好的经营管
Oilfield enterprises to continue to innovate management, we must move to more advanced and more modern direction. Large-scale state-owned oilfield enterprises such as PetroChina and Sinopec Corp. have quite a large number of systems and complete professional departments. It is of crucial importance to how to strengthen the operation and management of the state-owned oilfield enterprises in China. The author gives his own experience in the field of oil companies, as well as the work of what they see and heard of the status quo of oilfield enterprises and existing problems, and put forward some corresponding countermeasures in an attempt to make oil companies to practice better management
