新中国成立后,我国在城市基层社会逐步建立了以“单位制”为主,以基层地区管理为辅的管理体制。然而随着我国经济体制由计划经济转为市场经济主导之后,单位制逐渐瓦解,社区成为基本的社会组织结构并日益显示出其不可替代的影响力,这为中学开发利用社区教育资源提供了前提条件。 After the founding of new China, our country gradually established a management system based on “unit system ” and supplemented by the management of grassroots areas in the urban grassroots society. However, as the system of economy has been dominated by the planned economy and marketed in the market economy, the unit system has been gradually disintegrated, and the community has become the basic structure of social organization and has increasingly shown its irreplaceable influence. This provides the premise for developing and utilizing community education resources in middle schools condition.
