目的 :评价CD11b、CD18在喉癌诊断、病情进展及治疗监测中的作用。方法 :采用流式细胞免疫学方法测定正常人 31例、喉咽部良性肿瘤 9例及喉癌 32例的外周血淋巴细胞上CD11b、CD18的含量。结果 :喉癌患者外周血淋巴细胞上CD11b、CD18的含量明显低于正常人及咽喉部良性肿瘤患者 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :CD11b、CD18在喉癌的演变过程中有抑制肿瘤侵袭转移的作用 ,测定淋巴细胞上CD11b、CD18的变异表达可作为预测喉癌患者病情及估计预后的辅助指标之一
Objective: To evaluate the role of CD11b and CD18 in the diagnosis of laryngeal carcinoma, progression of disease and treatment monitoring. Methods: Flow cytometry was used to determine the levels of CD11b and CD18 on peripheral blood lymphocytes in 31 normal subjects, 9 hypopharyngeal benign tumors and 32 laryngeal carcinomas. Results: The levels of CD11b and CD18 on peripheral blood lymphocytes in patients with laryngeal cancer were significantly lower than those in normal people and benign tumors of throat (P <0.05). Conclusion: CD11b and CD18 can inhibit tumor invasion and metastasis during the development of laryngeal carcinoma. To determine the expression of CD11b and CD18 on lymphocytes can be used as one of the auxiliary indexes to predict the prognosis of patients with laryngeal carcinoma
