针对异种钢受热面管圈的热应力特点,采用线弹性小变形、线弹性大变形和弹塑性大变形等有限元方法对管圈的热膨胀应力进行了计算.将有限元应力分析结果应用于异种钢受热面管圈的强度和疲劳寿命评定,扩大了异种钢结构的应用范围.结果表明:弹塑性大变形应力分析方法获得的应力值更接近管圈的实际应力;工程应用结果表明,采用线弹性大变形应力的强度评定方法能够确保锅炉长期安全运行.
According to the thermal stress characteristics of dissimilar steel heating surface ring, the thermal expansion stress of the coil was calculated by finite element method, such as linear elastic deformation, linear elastic deformation and elasto-plastic deformation, etc. Finite element stress analysis was applied to different kinds of dissimilar The evaluation of the strength and fatigue life of the steel heating surface coil enlarges the application range of the dissimilar steel structure.The results show that the stress value obtained by the large deformation stress analysis method is closer to the actual stress of the coil.
