利用光触媒钛羟基磷灰石网膜 (PTAF)具有吸附和酶催化的特点 ,研究其对SARS病毒的抑制作用 .实验结果表明在紫外照射条件下 ,PTAF膜对SARS冠状病毒的抑制率为 10 0 % .在没有紫外照射的条件下 ,PTAF膜对SARS冠状病毒的抑制率为 99 99% ,与对照组相比 ,PTAF膜抑制病毒的效率是HAF膜的 10 0 0倍以上 .研究结果提示 ,PTAF在预防SARS冠状病毒及其他病毒性疾病流行方面有潜在的应用价值 .
The photocatalyst titanic hydroxyapatite (PTAF) membrane has the characteristics of adsorption and enzyme catalysis to study its inhibitory effect on SARS virus.The experimental results show that under UV irradiation, the inhibition rate of PTAF membrane on SARS coronavirus is 10 %. In the absence of UV irradiation, the inhibition rate of PTAF membrane to SARS coronavirus was 99 99%, compared with the control group, the efficiency of PTAF membrane inhibiting virus was more than 100 times higher than HAF membrane.The results suggest that, PTAF has potential applications in preventing the spread of SARS coronavirus and other viral diseases.
