循环煤泥水的水质在线监测系统研究

煤泥水水质对煤泥水沉降特性和煤泥浮选有重要影响。为实现煤泥水水质的实时监测,建立了循环煤泥水体系的水质监测系统。试验证明循环煤泥水体系的电导率和水质硬度呈线性关系,该系统以循环煤泥水体系中各监测点的电导率及浓缩机溢流浓度为监测指标,水质监测系统可实现显示整个工艺流程中各设备的实时数据及工作状况、未确认的报警信息、图表显示可选时间段内各指标的变化曲线、查看任何历史时间段内曲线、显示界面及参数设置界面等功能。实现水质实时监测是煤泥水澄清循环和煤泥高效浮选的根本保障,同时为水质调控技术的开发提供研究工具和平台。 Coal slime water quality has important influence on slime water settling characteristics and slime flotation. In order to realize real-time monitoring of slime water quality, a water quality monitoring system of circulating slime water system was established. The test proves that the conductivity of the circulating slime water system has a linear relationship with the water hardness. The system uses the conductivity of each monitoring point in the circulating slime water system and the overflow concentration of the concentrator as the monitoring index, and the water quality monitoring system can display the whole process flow Real-time data and working status of each device, unacknowledged alarm information, chart shows the change curve of each indicator in an optional time period, and view the curve, display interface and parameter setting interface in any historical time period. Real-time monitoring of water quality is the fundamental guarantee of the clarification cycle of slime water and efficient flotation of slime, and at the same time provides the research tools and platform for the development of water quality regulation and control technology.
