针对目前国内外普遍存在的屋面防水问题,根据聚合物与水泥的复合有利于改善材料内部结构密实度,以及聚合物和钢纤维均能改善材料变形能力的特性,提出了用钢纤维增强聚合物水泥砂浆作为刚性屋面防水材料的设想。通过对钢纤维J-1砂浆的技术经济分析,论证了此种材料一次性成本虽然较柔性防水材料略高,但综合考虑维修费用和使用寿命,其经济效益还是显著的.
In view of the prevailing problems of roof waterproofing at home and abroad, the combination of polymer and cement is beneficial to improve the internal structure compactness of the material, and the properties of the polymer and steel fiber can improve the deformability of the material, and a steel fiber reinforced polymer is proposed.
