目的探讨各型青光眼患者房水中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和趋化因子-10(IP-10)水平及两种因子之间的相关性。方法选取青光眼患者27例为青光眼组,另选取眼压正常的白内障患者28例为对照组,采集房水,用流式微球芯片分析技术进行检测,并对数据进行统计分析。结果青光眼患者眼内TNF-α(2.57±0.82)pg/m L及IP-10(990.15±766.84)pg/m L的水平显著高于对照组(P=0.003)。其中,原发性急性闭角型青光眼(AACG)组眼内TNF-α水平显著高于慢性闭角型青光眼(CACG)组;AACG组患者眼内IP-10水平高于CACG组与对照组。此外,青光眼患者眼内IP-10的水平与TNF-α的水平呈正相关(r=0.841,P<0.001)。结论 TNF-α及IP-10可能参与青光眼的发生与发展,不同发病机制可能导致不同的炎症反应水平,此外,IP-10的水平与TNF-α的水平呈正相关。
Objective To investigate the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and chemotactic factor-10 (IP-10) in aqueous humor of patients with various types of glaucoma and the correlation between the two factors. Methods Twenty-seven patients with glaucoma were selected as the glaucoma group. Another 28 patients with normal intraocular pressure (IOP) were selected as the control group. Aqueous humor was collected and analyzed by flow cytometry. The data were analyzed statistically. Results The levels of TNF-α (2.57 ± 0.82) pg / m L and IP-10 (990.15 ± 766.84) pg / m L in glaucoma patients were significantly higher than those in the control group (P = 0.003). The level of TNF-α in the eyes of patients with primary acute angle-closure glaucoma (AACG) was significantly higher than that of patients with chronic angle-closure glaucoma (CACG). The levels of IP-10 in the eyes of patients with AACG were higher than those in patients with CACG and controls. In addition, the level of IP-10 in eyes of patients with glaucoma was positively correlated with the level of TNF-α (r = 0.841, P <0.001). Conclusions TNF-α and IP-10 may be involved in the development and progression of glaucoma. Different mechanisms may lead to different inflammatory responses. In addition, the level of IP-10 is positively correlated with the level of TNF-α.
