为满足防洪抗旱的需要,按照全省水文信息化建设统一部署,引进了水情遥测信息查询系统,该系统安装了一体化雨量、水位计等先进设备,通过无线网络实时回传水情信息,采用B/S架构,结合GIS、数据库技术搭建了信息处理、存储、展示与播报平台,较好地解决了偏远地区测站的数据采集与运行问题,实现了无人值守,既提高了效率也节省了人力。文章以该系统为例,对系统结构设计、功能划分、成果展示与移动互联网时代的系统改进进行了简要论述,以期给读者提供一定的借鉴。
