通过对催化剂、配体、碱、溶剂的优化筛选,以官能化卤代芳烃与亚磷酸二乙酯为反应原料,以无水乙醇为溶剂,Pd(OAc)2为催化剂,PPh3为配体,Et3N为碱,在80℃下反应24 h,以60%左右的收率合成得到了系列芳基膦酸二烷基酯衍生物,其结构经FT-IR,1H NMR和13C NMR表征。 Through the optimization of catalysts, ligands, bases and solvents, using functionalized halogenated aromatic hydrocarbon and diethyl phosphite as raw materials, anhydrous ethanol as solvent, Pd (OAc) 2 as catalyst, PPh3 as ligand, Et3N was used as a base and reacted at 80 ℃ for 24 h. A series of dialkyl aryl arylphosphonates were synthesized in a yield of about 60%. The structures were characterized by FT-IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR.
