如果要在国外开一家中国餐馆,你会选择哪里?人口稠密的各国唐人街、遍地流金的迪拜,还是资源缺乏的非洲?无论怎么选,也不会选伊拉克、阿富汗等炮火纷飞的战争地。可本文主人公王权却一反常态,把兰州拉面馆开到了战火纷飞的叙利亚,在枪林弹雨中挣了个盆满钵满。2015年6月,王权向笔者讲述了他惊险而又传奇的经历……去叙利亚做饭我叫王权,1985年生于四川成都,从小我就是个吃货,贪恋各种美食。大专毕业后找工作屡屡受挫,于是我选择了学厨。2010年,我应聘到一家四星级酒店做厨师。
