目的对新建GMX-1型陀螺刀现场进行放射防护检测和防护设施的核查,检查新建项目的各项防护措施是否符合相关法律、法规和标准的要求,以确保医用辐射安全。方法采用现场设备检测和检查表法进行综合检查分析,将获取的资料与法规标准要求进行比较,并对符合程度做出评价。结果医用陀螺刀机房的总体布局、设备安装、放射防护设施、辅助用室等经现场检测及检查符合国家放射防护标准有关规定。结论该建设项目的放射防护设施的防护效果良好,各项安全防护措施有效,达到了国家放射防护标准。在正常运行情况下,对健康产生的影响可得到有效控制,能够预防和控制潜在照射的发生,具备正式运行条件。
OBJECTIVE To verify the radiation protection and protective facilities of the new GMX-1 gyro knife on site and check whether the protective measures of the new project meet the requirements of relevant laws, regulations and standards to ensure the safety of medical radiation. Methods The method of on-site equipment inspection and checklist was used for comprehensive inspection and analysis, the obtained data were compared with the standard requirements of the regulations, and the conformity was evaluated. Results The overall layout of gyro knife room, equipment installation, radiological protection facilities, auxiliary rooms and so on-site testing and inspection comply with the relevant provisions of the national radiological protection standards. Conclusion The radiological protection facilities of the construction project have a good protective effect and various safety protection measures are effective, reaching the national radiological protection standards. Under normal operation, the impact on health can be effectively controlled, which can prevent and control the occurrence of potential radiation and have the formal operating conditions.
