应用ＳＦ－Ⅱ型心功能检测仪对６２例妊高征患者测定左室收缩功能，并与５０例正常孕妇作对照。结果妊高征组左室收缩功能减退２０例（３２．２５％），左室射血前斯与左室射血时间之比（ＰＥＰ／ＬＶＥＴ）为０．３８±０．０８；经ｔ检验，较对照组差异均有高度显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示妊高征患者有潜在心功能不全。
The SF-Ⅱcardiac function detector was used to measure the left ventricular systolic function in 62 patients with PIH and compared with 50 normal pregnant women. Results In the PIH group, 20 cases (32.25%) had left ventricular systolic dysfunction and the PEP / LVET was 0.38 ± 0.08. After t test , Compared with the control group were highly significant (P <0.01). Prompted PIH patients with potential cardiac insufficiency.
