Objective: To explore the prevalence and main influencing factors of hypertension in Zhejiang Province and provide reliable scientific basis for the formulation and implementation of comprehensive prevention and control measures for hypertension community in our province. Methods: According to the methods and standards of Cardiovascular Epidemiology Methodology Manual, 4841 people of natural population from 25 to 74 in Jiaxing (rural), Shaoxing (city) and Lishui (urban) , Dietary structure and health knowledge survey. The data obtained using χ2 test, correlation coefficient, the strength of risk index analysis. Results: The prevalence of hypertension in three regions was 25.27% and the standardization rate was 2 1.06%. The city is higher than the rural areas, but the growth rate of rural hypertension is 1.6 times that of the city. 2 systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure are increasing with age, 40-year-old prevalence was significantly higher (> 20%), indicating the peak age of hypertension prevalence trend. 3 The risk factors for RR> 1.5 The factors affecting the age, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease history, hyperglycemia, overweight and hyperlipidemia; RR <1 factors for occupation, education level, economic income; no correlation between blood pressure and gender, smoking Sex. Conclusions: The prevalence of hypertension in three areas shows a sharp upward trend, with the rural population as the priority. 2 age of illness have an earlier trend. 3 Hypertension factors change, suggesting that elevated blood sugar, overweight, high blood lipids in our province is the most important risk factor for hypertension
