Objectives To understand the changing trend of children’s growth and development in our country. Methods Since 1975, the Ministry of Health in 1985 and 1995 have been established in nine cities (Harbin, Beijing, Xi’an, Shanghai, Nanjing, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Fuzhou, Kunming) Suburbs under the age of 7 were surveyed for physical development every 10 years. The main contents of the survey are height, weight and other measurement indexes. According to the requirements of national unified quality control, Beijing is in primary, January, February, March ~ , April ~ May ~ June ~ August ~ October ~ December ~ 15th ~ 18th ~ 21th month ~ 2 years old ~ 2.5 years old ~ 3.0 years old ~ 3.5 Year-old, 4.0-year-old, 4.5-year-old, 5.0-5.5 years old, and 6-7 years old. A total of 22 age groups, 200 samples in each age group, obtained the physical development data of normal boys and girls in urban and suburban areas. Results In 1995, the actual values of height and weight of urban boys and girls in each urban area were compared with the human body measurements of WHO children (0 to 36 months in middle age group in Ohio, 0 to 7 years old in the United States from 1995 to 2003) Of the data) to make a rough comparison, consistent in most age groups, at different ages and at each level. It was in good agreement with Ding Zongyi et al’s 1996 report on the longitudinal growth of children from January to July 72. The conclusion suggests that the growth potential of children in China has been further exerted. It is considered that the growth and development of children in China begin to lag behind 6 months after birth Sound, to be updated.
