全军院校计算机网络的开通和运行，为实现馆际资源共享提供了崭新技术手段。各馆应以馆藏核心期刊为突破口，通过建立网上专题数据库，率先实现期刊文献资源共享。具体操作中应注意馆际分工与合作、启动信息市场供求机制、发挥经济杠杆作用，以加快网上数据库建设并提高其质量。
The opening and operation of computer networks in military academies and schools provided a brand new technical means for the realization of inter-national resources sharing. Each museum should take the core journals as a breakthrough collection, through the establishment of online thematic database, take the lead in sharing journal literature resources. Specific operations should pay attention to the division of labor and cooperation in the library, start the information market supply and demand mechanism, play an economic leverage to speed up the online database construction and improve its quality.
