目的研究阿昔洛韦缓释胶囊对单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎小鼠的影响,并探讨药效机制。方法建立小鼠单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎模型,分为使用普通阿昔洛韦片给药组和阿昔洛韦缓释胶囊给药组,并以模型组和空白组作为对照。观察各组小鼠角膜形态学、红细胞免疫功能。结果阿昔洛韦可以改善小鼠角膜病理情况改变;阿昔洛韦缓释片组红细胞C3b受体活性表达最高,与其他组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿昔洛韦可以促进角膜上皮修复,可提高红细胞C3b受体活性阳性率的表达,其中阿昔洛韦缓释胶囊的效果更佳。
Objective To study the effect of acyclovir sustained release capsules on herpes simplex virus keratitis in mice and explore its mechanism. Methods The model of herpes simplex virus keratitis in mice was established. The model group and the blank group were used as the control group and the acyclovir sustained-release capsule group. The corneal morphology and erythrocyte immune function of the mice in each group were observed. Results Acyclovir can improve the changes of corneal pathology in mice. The expression of C3b receptor activity of erythrocytes in aciclovir sustained-release tablets was the highest, and the difference was statistically significant compared with other groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Aciclovir can promote the repair of corneal epithelium and increase the expression of C3b receptor activity in erythrocytes. The effect of acyclovir sustained release capsules is better.
