目前淡化海砂已在建筑工程建设中得到推广与应用,但淡化海砂中的有害物质如贝壳等限制了其普及。试验研究了不同贝壳含量的淡化海砂与胶砂的流动性能和力学强度之间的关系。结果表明:贝壳掺量在3%~10%之间时,随着淡化海砂中贝壳含量增加,胶砂的流动性能显著降低;贝壳含量增加对胶砂抗折强度无显著影响;贝壳掺量对胶砂的抗压强度影响作用明显,特别是当贝壳含量超过8%,胶砂的28 d强度急剧降低。
At present, desalination of sea sand has been promoted and applied in the construction of buildings, but desalination of harmful substances such as seashells in sea sand has limited its popularity. The relationship between fluidity and mechanical strength of desalinated sea sand and mortar with different shell contents was studied. The results show that the flowability of mortar decreases with the increase of shell content in desalinated sea sand when the content of shell is between 3% and 10%. The increase of shell content has no significant effect on the flexural strength of mortar. The impact on the compressive strength of mortar is obvious, especially when the shell content exceeds 8%, the intensity of mortar on 28 d sharply decreased.
