几年来,卫生部门为了进一步降低患者的医药费用,采取了不少改革措施,取得了一定的成效,但总的来看,医药费用仍然增长过快,尤其是药品费用居高不下,人民群众对此反应强烈。我们就此问题结合医院药房经营管理体制问题,在北京、天津、上海、山西等地进行了实地调研,与当地有关方面的同志进行了座谈,现就有关问题,进行初步探讨。 In the past few years, the health department has taken a number of reform measures and achieved some success in order to further reduce the patient’s medical expenses. However, on the whole, the medical expenses are still increasing rapidly, especially the high cost of medicines. This reaction is strong. On this issue, we conducted field research in Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Shanxi and other places in conjunction with the hospital pharmacy management system. We held discussions with relevant local comrades and discussed the relevant issues.
