禺大桥主桥采用空间双索面预应力混凝土斜拉桥结构体系 ,该大桥主跨 380m ,桥宽 37.7m .由于主梁梁高低、刚度柔、节段重 ,主桥采用了牵索挂篮悬臂浇筑施工 .本文介绍了该斜拉桥施工过程的模拟分析、主梁线形和斜拉索拉力的调整和控制方法 .番禺斜拉桥的施工控制结果表明 :通过对斜拉桥施工过程的仔细模拟计算和连续监测 ,可以及时掌握斜拉桥受力状况 ,并达到较高的控制精度 .
The main bridge of Yu Bridge adopts the structure system of space double cable plane prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge, the main span of the bridge is 380m and the bridge is 37.7m wide. Because of the height of the main beam, Cantilever pouring construction.This paper introduces the simulation analysis of the construction process of the cable-stayed bridge, the adjustment and control method of the main girder linear and the tensile cable tension.The construction control results of Panyu cable-stayed bridge show that through the careful construction of the cable-stayed bridge Simulation calculation and continuous monitoring can grasp the stress condition of the cable-stayed bridge in time and achieve high control accuracy.
