研究了基体合金化、硅酸铝纤维处理方法以及不同粘结剂对硅酸铝纤维增强的铝基复合材料室温强度的影响。结果表明:基体为ZL109铝合金的复合材料的强度高于以其它铝合金为基体的铝基复合材料;用莫来石硅酸铝纤维增强的铝基复合材料的抗拉强度高于用γ型三氧化二铝纤维增强的铝基复合材料;用硅溶胶作粘结剂的铝基复合材料的强度高于用三氧化二铝为粘结剂的铝基复合材料的强度。
The effects of matrix alloying, treatment methods of aluminum silicate fibers and room temperature strength of aluminum silicate fiber reinforced aluminum matrix composites with different binders were studied. The results show that the strength of ZL109 aluminum alloy composite is higher than that of aluminum matrix composite based on other aluminum alloy. The tensile strength of aluminum matrix composite reinforced with mullite aluminum silicate fiber is higher than that of γ type Alumina fiber reinforced aluminum matrix composites; the strength of aluminum matrix composites with silica sol as binder is higher than the strength of aluminum matrix composites with aluminum oxide as binder.
