采用ADAMS软件建立了精梳机钳板机构的参数化模型,并进行运动仿真分析。采用2种优化方式对机构进行优化,都得到了满足要求的优化结果。通过对比2种优化方式得到的优化结果,得出了较为合理的优化方式。
The parametric model of the combing machine nipper mechanism was established by ADAMS software and the motion simulation analysis was carried out. Optimization of the mechanism using two optimization methods has been optimized to meet the requirements of the results. By comparing the optimization results obtained by the two optimization methods, a more reasonable optimization method is obtained.
