蓖麻籽油饼中蛋白质含量高达30%左右。但毒性较强、为了将其作为食物加以利用,曾有不少作者对其去毒方法和饲料价值进行了很多研究,去毒方法中包括有热水浸洗、酸或碱处理、汽蒸或高压处理等。我国石家庄榨油厂工人将蓖麻籽油饼粉制成豆腐。在食用效果方面有的报告指出以经过热处理的蓖麻籽油饼喂养猪,牛、羊等家畜,效果很好。但也有报告将汽蒸或酒精提取后的蓖麻籽油饼粉掺入基础饲料喂养鼠或鸡,当掺入量达10%或更高时,动物体重的增长尚不如仅喂基础饲料的动物。为了安全地将蓖麻籽油饼作为蛋白质补充品加以利用,有必要肯定一种既能保证去毒效果及食用价值,而又简便实用的加工方法。本文首先报告蓖麻籽油饼粉和蓖麻籽油饼豆腐的毒性鉴定以及对蓖麻毒蛋白抗原性

This paper first reports the toxicity identification of castor bean oil cake and castor bean cake tofu and the effect of ricin antigenicity
