卓越绩效模式作为一套组织综合绩效管理的有效方法,日益受到世界各地和各类组织的重视,并得以广泛应用。目前卓越绩效模式在国内医疗卫生机构的应用较少。宝安区中医院是国内较早尝试将卓越绩效模式应用在医院管理中的医疗卫生机构,在2010年获得了深圳市宝安区区长质量奖,2012年获得了深圳市市长质量奖鼓励奖。文章介绍了卓越绩效模式在宝安区中医院管理中的应用,通过加强管理,注重卓越绩效后,提升了患者的满意度、促进了员工的积极性、提高了医疗服务的质量、加强了医院的综合竞争能力。
As an effective way to organize the integrated performance management, the high performance model has been paid more and more attention by all over the world and various organizations and widely used. At present, the excellent performance model in the domestic medical and health institutions less used. Bao’an District Chinese Medicine Hospital is the earlier attempt to apply the excellent performance model in the hospital management of medical and health institutions in 2010 won the Shenzhen Baoan District Mayor Quality Award in 2012 won the Shenzhen Mayor Quality Award encouragement award. The paper introduces the application of high performance model in the management of Bao’an District Hospital. By strengthening management and focusing on high performance, it improves patient satisfaction, promotes employee motivation, improves medical service quality and strengthens the comprehensiveness of the hospital Competitiveness.
